Easter Weekend

Rain again has invaded the Bay Area once again. I have been told that it will leave soon and the sun will come out again. What is the point of living in the Bay Area when there is not the always great weather?

1906 San Francisco Earthquake Anniversary events got into full swing this weekend. If you live in the Bay Area it has been hard to escape hearing/reading about 1906 Earthquake stuff. Since Anne is with Wells Fargo, I have been exposed to more 1906 Earthquake then most.

The Day in the life of Tech Support

You have to read this story from HERE or the full set of emails from HERE.  It is one of the funnest things that I read in a long time.  I have to hand it to the CentOS developer.  He really kept his cool when writing the emails and he followed it all the way through.

It has been awhile since last posting

Sorry it has been a while since my last post.  It is the Holiday Season and even though I have not really begun my shopping time is just flying.

Let me do a little recap.

Thanksgiving was fun.  Anne and I went to her parents place and at a good dinner with all the fixin'.  It was great.  Good food; fun time.

Anne and I had a busy weekend last weekend.  It was two days of in Sacramento.  We had a holiday/dinner party on Saturday night with some of our friends.  Judy and Al from our camping trips and Dusty and Susan which hosted the crab feed we went too (see this entry).  Of course we were with Anne's sis, Amy.  She allowed me to use her kitchen for one of the dishes that we brought. I had my last week with the HLA lab.  I moved to the Information Systems Department of the Hospital.  I have decided to try to turn a hobby of mine into a career.  I has only really been a few days, but I am enjoying it so far.
